Before Your Visit

• Last appointment is accepted one hour before closing.

• Advance booking of desired treatments & services is recommended to avoid disapointment.

• A surcharge applies to off-premises services, which can be arranged for selected treatments with advance notice (minimum 4 hours).

• For the sake of courtesy to other Souls, kindly inform us of any rescheduling or cancellation at least 4 hours prior to your confirmed time slot. The management reserves the right to foreit credit for no-shows or charge a cancellation fee should you fail to advise us of a change of plans.

• Arriving 10 minutes or earlier before scheduled appointment ensures you will make the best of your Nirvana time; lateness may result in shortened treatment or cancellation.

• Please observe silence, keeping voice low and switch off mobile phone and/or other telecom devices before proceeding to treatment areas.

• To respect the needs of other soa guests, parents are discouraged from bringing along children below the age of 12.

• Smoking within the Spa is strictly prohibited.

• Shower before treatment is highly recommended, for maximum benefit. 

• Men are requested to shave prior to any facial treatment to ensure best results.

• Gratituities are at the client's discretion and appreciated by staff for outstanding service.
